I've read -- and participated in -- a number of discussions and stories, both here on tantalism and on similar sites, about making a "smart vibrator" or a related "teasing device" that can bring a user (or subject, if you prefer) repeatably to the brink of orgasm -- and then either deny orgasm or eventually permit orgasm (but only after a long time or other conditions are satisfied.)
