Book Review: Enchanted: Erotic Bedtime Stories for Women by Nancy Madore

I've just finished this one and another by the same author, though this was the best of the two. The stories in this book are reimagined fairy tales made highly erotic. They are explicit without being pornographic and a lot of fun to read.

The reason I'm posting about it here is that most of the stories contain some element of T&D. It must be a personal kink of the author. It's never extreme - the girl always gets to cum in the end - but it does get drawn out, sometimes for hours of being repeatedly taken to the brink.

If Jester's still around, he'll especially appreciate the story "Cat & Mouse" in which a couple engages in an intense two hour challenge not to be the first one to beg for release.

Yeah, thanks. Actually ordered the book and wound up picking up Anne Rice's Beauty series while I was there.

I read the Beauty series a lo

I read the Beauty series a long time ago. I remember loving the first one, hanging in there for the second one and getting a bit weary by the third one. But it would be interesting to go back and read it again - I wasn't into T&D at all back then, though I remember now that was a strong theme.

I hope you like the other book. It's lighter and less explicit fare than the Rice, but still fun and sexy. I got it at the library.

We're enjoying both. Enchanted is like a commentary on desire and a good read as well. Beauty is very good so far. I like the fantasy world aspect. It is having quite an effect on t. She even asked for permission to play with herself while she read it. She must really be aching as she reads. I wasn't expecting the question. I had to think it over for quite a bit. I said no. You have my permission to be aroused.
