There really is no magical formula, it all really depends on how you prefer to masturbate. It helps if you know your own cycle, know the point of no return when you are going over the edge and nothing will stop it. That is the point you want to get to and stop just before that.
You want to be left at the point where you will beg to continue or just about want to kill the person who stopped. If you don't know where this point is for you, i would suggest taking the time to explore and get really good at predicting it before you begin denial.
