Orgasm Denial and Exercise?
Hello everyone! I'm quite new to tantalism in the terms of posting, though I've been lurking for pretty long time. :)
Recently I have been thinking about getting back to orgasm denial after I have been orgasming freely for months now. Even though it feels nice to orgasm whenever I want, I miss the ache and slowly growing frustration that orgasm denial brings. However, I should also lose some weight and get more exercise but I can't seem to find enough motivation. I have been thinking about combining orgasm denial and exercise, therefore killing two birds with one stone - I will get fit and I will get horny. I'm still not sure how I should do this, and I will appreciate any ideas you might have.
First I thought about having an orgasm when certain amount of weight is lost but it will get really hard over time since the weight loss will eventually slow down. Second thing I thought about was getting the reward by the amount of exercise I have done every day/week. If I get the intended amount of exercise done during the day I can pleasure myself, if not I won't be allowed to touch myself at all during the evening and the next day. In the end of the week (probably on Sunday) if I have had enough exercise during the past week I can orgasm. Though there is a funny problem. If I have been lazy on Saturday it forces me on no-touch during the Sunday and even if I had permission to orgasm I couldn't use it unless I did it without hands. Since that's practically impossible for me it would force me to go without orgasm for another full week. Deliciously wicked!

Welcome here first of all! Well, I'm a male, but my experience is combining OD and exercise is generally a great idea. For me it works well sometimes, because increasing the amount of exercise usually increase my sex drive and horniness, and horniness give me power to do all the hard work of running, swimming etc. so it is a vicious circle :-) and of course it helps me keep good shaped. Not to mention that it is a very good feeling to go, for example, into the sauna after a nice long swim, and put the six pack abs to an exhibition, I can see all the girls marveling at me when I walk in, and I always wonder if they recognize something unusual in my look, in my eyes, some extra amount of excitement, the great fire inside me? I think the same would work with girls as well, I agree with you, that denial can give a lot of motivation, you should definitely give it a try!
Combine it
Let your weight and your ideal weight decide how much you need to train.
Say 15 min for each one over your ideal weight. So if 20 over you need to train 20*15=300 min per week or 5 hours.
If you dont do it one week. The time can just roll over and be added to next weeks sum.
So if you only train for 200 min next week you need to train 300+100=400 min.
If you reach your goal of training you may get as many Os as you want - however each O should also add 1 hours extra training for the next week.
So if you manage to do your training by friday and then indulge yourself and get 3 Os during the weekend you need to do 300 + 180 min of training the next week.
set your goal weight, and
set your goal weight,
and then every time you loose 1 kilo you are allowed an orgasm.
then weigh your self every week. (naked just when you get out of bed in the morning.)
Every week you have not lost a kilo you will get a punishment posted on this thread.

Exercise to orgasm
I'm not sure if you're working out in a gym, or running or swimming. I'll assume gym. Give yourself a certain target weight. When you hit the weight, you may have an orgasm.
Put yourself on no touch, except when you've earned to touch yourself. You earn seconds of touching by doing reps (or lengths, or distance). If you're pushing weights, then it's something like one second per push. If swimming, 10 seconds for a length. If running, a minute a mile. You may need to adjust this for yourself. You still may not cum until you hit the target weight, but you're allowed to play for only exactly the amount of time you earn, no more, no less.
As a far less practical suggestion, you could buy one of those japanese bicycles with a dildo in the seat. Turning the pedals makes the dildo go up and down. However, you might not get very far and you'd need to cut a hole in the seat!

You can build edging time depending on the amount of exorcise you do for the week. IE: for every ten mins on the rowing machine, you get one min of edging/touch time. You can build up time during the week, but you can't count the same kind of exorcise twice. (two days of rowing machine=only count one time. free weights and rowing= count both.) Orgasm allowance can be tied to lost weight, or lost inches. (weight will be less often, since you'll be replacing fat with muscle, so you'll stop losing weight, while still getting thinner. You may actually re-gain weight while still thining out, since muscle is a bit denser then fat.)

For each day you work out, you add a check mark. At the end of the week you roll against 100. If the number rolled falls within the number you have, you'll be allowed to tease to orgasm. If it doesn't you tease to that many edges, then stop.
(IE: you work out four days the first week, then only two days the next week so your number is six, you roll and get a nine, so you have to edge six times, then stop for that week.) You'd also be allowed to edge on the same day you work out, but only once.

Weight loss may be the goal, but exercise is the focused method. One problem with using pounds lost in order to orgasm is that exercise will increase muscle mass, which ways more than fat.
