Thanks for this link. It describes for me the reason I edge - to get to the state she describes which I believe is orgasming withOUT ejaculation. In my experience this is never a "dry" orgasm as either clear precum, or small amounts of come are always involved. I have only managed to get to this point a few times, usually after many days (or a few weeks) edging.

But the definition of this point for me is in my head (rather than cock). It is a feeling of intense pleasure as all the brains neuro-chemicals are releasing - to me it feels like a heighted state similar to that I imagine can be achieved with drugs. On a couple of occasions I have managed to maintain that state for a 10 to 15 mins, with little or no stimulation, cock twitching and precum flowing. Afterwards a feeling or great peace and relaxation. The following day I feel quite grumpy and irritable. All of this leads me to conclude that this is a state of mind caused by neuro-chemical release (eg 5-HT, dopamine etc) induced by the prolonged edging techniques used.
