Major upgrade
OK, I've just finished upgrading the site software to the latest version - for the first time in years! This is in preparation for getting the chatroom up and running again. It should lead to some nice extra features in the not-too-distant future as well.
I know there are things that are a bit wonky, not working properly, or just plain missing. It will settle down with time, but please bear with me. It's been a nightmare getting it this far!
If you notice anything massively wrong, please add a comment to this post!

One thing I noticed, is that usernames (everywhere around the site) are not links anymore and can't be clicked to get to their profile page.
Also on the topic of improvements, do you think it would be possible to have a simple messaging system for users to send mail to each other?

User profiles
I think the username links to profiles are working now. Please correct me if I'm wrong... As administrator, I get a somewhat different view of things.
Still catching up on a sizeable backlog of account activations. Don't give up hope. :)
