I want you to get you favorite lube...and a lovely timer. If you do not have a timer you can get one online.
I want you to start with 10 strokes...slow...up and down...for 40 seconds. Then stop for 20.
The next minute add 5 more strokes making this 40 seconds 15 strokes...then rest for 20 seconds. (you will add 5 strokes for every minute)
