Does the one picking cards need to know about what cards are in the deck? I'd say you might remove some cards in one time or another, and she'll never know, or place cards for her to pick too. This will give you more decision and give her a feeling of more helplessness... you know, the kind of "no matter how much you're gonna beg, it ain't gonna happen tonight"...
What about accumulative cards? Some cards might be made to last for X days afterwards, and can be combined with others she might pick.
A card to remove cards
I have a diabolical idea. If say for example a certain suite is chosen for removal of cards you could have her remove that number of cards for that number of days. You would probably have to have her remove them site unseen, and then reshuffle after those days, but you could display them after removal and before shuffling. A 10 would be highly likely to hit some orgasm cards. Of course she could remove all tease cards and greatly increase her orgasm chance, but it's still random enough that you don't know until the cards are gone.

Well, thanks y'all. So the cards go back in and the deck gets shuffled and she picks a card. She gets to pick one anytime we play. If we don't have time to play on a given day, there's no card. Put another way, she gets to pick a card only when she makes me cum. Removing the drawn cards would lessen the suspense, which is a key part of the torment. Over time, t would become more and more certain that there will be an orgasm this time. By putting back the drawn cards, the suspense is always there. eventually, there will be an orgasm, but there's never any guarantee that it will be this time.

As I see it the argument in favor of holding the card out and letting the odds gradually improve is 1) to mathematically ensure that there will eventually be an orgasm in this game (with a maximum time of 48 and average of 13 days) and 2) to reduce the predictable average time between "wins."

Of course, that's a no brainer suggestion if you want more O's, but I'm thinking of designing a card game with various levels of O's, like you must cum in the number of minutes on the card or no O (no going over the minutes either), jack means no cumming, queen means cum at leisure and king means forced orgasm and so forth. Joker could amplify or cancel other card effect.
