Does the one picking cards need to know about what cards are in the deck? I'd say you might remove some cards in one time or another, and she'll never know, or place cards for her to pick too. This will give you more decision and give her a feeling of more helplessness... you know, the kind of "no matter how much you're gonna beg, it ain't gonna happen tonight"...
What about accumulative cards? Some cards might be made to last for X days afterwards, and can be combined with others she might pick.
I have a diabolical idea. If say for example a certain suite is chosen for removal of cards you could have her remove that number of cards for that number of days. You would probably have to have her remove them site unseen, and then reshuffle after those days, but you could display them after removal and before shuffling. A 10 would be highly likely to hit some orgasm cards. Of course she could remove all tease cards and greatly increase her orgasm chance, but it's still random enough that you don't know until the cards are gone.

Why improve the odds?
As I see it the argument in favor of holding the card out and letting the odds gradually improve is 1) to mathematically ensure that there will eventually be an orgasm in this game (with a maximum time of 48 and average of 13 days) and 2) to reduce the predictable average time between "wins."
Where's my 'add more cards' option?
